Journal

The journal tab is the heart of your Edgewonk trading journal and it shows all recorded trades.

The most important journal functions are listed here:

• Quick edit: Many of the cells allow you to quickly edit your trade data. When clicking into the cells of instrument, setup, trade comments and custom statistics, it brings up a dropdown and you can quickly add new tags to your trades.
• Detailed trade view: When you click on a row in your journal, it brings up the detailed trade view. Here you can review your trade data and also add further trade data that is not imported during your trade import.
  Here you can also assign up to 6 trade screenshots per trade.
  
  
• Adding new trades manually: If you do not use one of our platform import features (see all supported platforms: click here), you can also manually add new trades here using the blue "Add Trade" button.
• Merging trades: Merge individual trades into one (read here)
• Duplicating trades: Select a trade and then click on the Duplicate button to create a copy of the trade.
