Sessions

Trade Sessions are a way to perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews in a quick and organized way.

You find the Sessions under Diary > Sessions

Add a new session by clicking on "+ ADD MORE".

You select the range for the specific session(1) and Edgewonk will summarize all the trades that have been closed during the specific period. 

You can rate each session(2). The rating is usually based on the quality of your trading and how satisfied you are with your trading in that period. But, of course, you can repurpose the rating too.

You can add a session category(3) to keep track of important happenings or use the session categories to describe your thoughts/ideas that you want to capture for the specific session. Alternatively, use the category to differentiate between weekly, monthly, or annual sessions.

In the Lessons Learned(4) field, you can capture your thoughts, findings, and keep track of anything important you want to remember.

Each session then provides performance metrics once you have chosen the Period (step above).
