Managing Instruments

When you import trades or enter a trade through the journal popup, a new instrument will be created in the instrument settings. 

The settings allow you to manage those instruments. You can edit and rename instruments. You can also add new instruments here directly. 

Add an instrument

When you import your trades, all instruments are created automatically.

Just enter the new instrument name (1) and then confirm by clicking the  Add Instrument button (2).

You can change the order of the instruments by drag-and-drop (3). This will also change the order in the filter. 

You can disable instruments (4) - more on that below.

You do not have to add new instruments here. A new instrument will be added automatically when you enter a new trade too.

Disable 

You can disable certain instruments in the settings table by clicking the trashbin icon.

You can not delete instruments and you can only disable them.

To bring back a disabled instrument, click the arrow icon next to it.
